BUILT FROM HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
I’m Chris Allen, a business builder who started on the warehouse floor and grew into the COO role at TC Logistics. Over more than five years, I helped build the systems, teams and customer relationships behind a business spanning multiple locations, 230,000 square feet and more than 50 employees.
I worked across operations, sales, hiring, training and technology, turning day-to-day problems into practical systems. That experience shapes how I work today: be clear, follow through and make things useful.
