I never set out to become a COO.

When I joined TC Logistics, we were a small operation with big ambitions. Over the next six years, I helped build the company from the ground up, growing from a startup with a handful of customers into a multi-location logistics company with nearly 50 employees, over 230,000 square feet of warehouse space, and customers across the U.S. and internationally.

Along the way, I learned every corner of the business. I onboarded customers, implemented technology, hired and developed teams, opened facilities, solved operational challenges, and helped create the systems that allowed the company to scale.

Those experiences taught me that successful businesses aren't built through strategy alone. They're built where strategy meets execution.

That's the philosophy that continues to guide my work today.
